Thoughtfully built small homes for New Jersey 600–800 sq ft · 1–4 new homes

From a possible site to a finished home.

A sequence of decisions that reduces uncertainty before major spending.

Six steps, with a decision at each.

01

01 / Discover

Confirm intended use, occupants, accessibility needs, existing buildings, desired new homes, budget, and land control.

02

02 / Test feasibility

Check municipal use, environmental constraints, access, utilities, title, and total dwelling count. Decide whether to proceed, revise, or stop.

03

03 / Define & price

Develop the concept, compare construction systems, separate costs, and obtain preliminary lender feedback. Agree a funded design scope.

04

04 / Secure approvals

Complete professional design, applications, conditions, and financing. Authorize procurement only when dependencies and risks are addressed.

05

05 / Build & verify

Coordinate site preparation, construction, inspections, testing, controlled draws, and change orders.

06

06 / Handover & care

Complete occupancy authorization, commissioning, punch list, warranties, manuals, and the service plan.

The schedule follows the critical path.

There is no universal approval or installation timeline. Site investigation, hearings, utility upgrades, design revisions, lender requirements, manufacturing slots, weather, and inspections determine the schedule. A short fabrication period is not the same as the full project duration.
